If you print off on your office printer to proof, the colours will be different to your final printed job from Blue Mustard. If you have specific colour requirements please check your colours from a Pantone colour guide before printing as we cannot be held responsible for the colour differences that occur between screen based PDF proofs and print based digital colours. Please note, it is now company policy not to generate a printers proof unless the customer requests one, so when you confirm your job is good to go to print in a reply email we will take that as an instruction to print the whole quantity of your job. All authors corrections will be charged extra and have to be included in a reply email, verbal corrections over the phone are not acceptable. Blue Mustard cannot be held responsible for any author errors that have not been highlighted in a reply email. ALL content within this pdf proof attached to this email MUST be checked by the client. Blue Mustard cannot be held responsible for any errors noticed after your job has been printed that has been missed by the client because of a failure to check the attached pdf proof or request. We cannot process your job further unless we receive an email authorisation effectively signing off to proceed to print. Failure to do so may mean you miss your delivery deadline.
